Why can’t are academy’s in the UK be this organised and well run along with open mindedness and new ideas about how to coach kids to improve them. All I see at one CAT1 academy is kids playing games and the coaches chatting instead of coaching.

Best one yet Saul. It's easy to see why PSV produce so much talent as they are prepared for success with the players they produce. It is a shame they are not able to keep all of them at PSV but from a business sense the players they are selling at high cost to other European Leagues are helping to finance that superb Academy there. The content is constantly improving so keep up the good work. PS The thing that struck me most is that they are all singing from the same hymn sheet and that is massively important.

I remember when Wolves first purchased the back of my schools pitch and they started their training sessions! As kids we would stand onto the mound and watch them when they would pop up and train! That was the Early 90s. They then purchased the whole plot and built their academy where my school once sat, St Edmunds RC or known to us kids as Eddy's!
